The name “Sea Glass Clinical Services” was inspired by the process of transformation. Just as sea glass is shaped over time by the forces of nature—waves, water, and sand—clinicians develop through their experiences, feedback, and learning. At Sea Glass, I provide supervision and guidance to support this growth, helping practitioners refine their skills and gain valuable insights along the way. Hi and thank you for stopping by! My name is Alyssa and I am the owner of Sea Glass Clinical Services. I am a LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) in Massachusetts with a diverse background of experience. Most of my work has been with families in medical settings however I have also spent time working in youth behavioral health.
While I love direct work with clients and complex problem solving, I have grown to enjoy developing rich supervisory relationships with other clinicians. I specialize in helping folks early in their career and those seeking direction. Let’s work together and improve your clinical skills while strengthening your professional boundaries and goals.
